Delivery Timelines

- Delivery may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹999 may incur shipping charges
- COD orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹50

Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and sealed
- Original packaging and invoice required

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Missing Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Product images
- Outer packaging images
- Invoice
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
